Retro Reverb(R) focuses on four decades of Alternative Rock. From the new-wave and British sounds of the '80s, the Seattle sound of the 90's, the post-rock '00s and modern rock of the 2010s. We don't do well coloring in-side the lines, so Retro Reverb explores great music from the pop world, dance, rock and more.

I love music! All kinds of music - but I've never been happy with the lack of depth of some Alternative Rock stations. Some are stuck on 'Teen Spirit' and Pearl Jam - what about all the forgotten acts that helped create a new radio format in the late 80's - when college rock became a commercial success in the U.S. beyond a few outposts like CIMX Detroit, KROQ LA, WDRE NY or 99X Atlanta. I also wanted to break the mold, a 'hit'  can come from anywhere, so we include songs you likely know from the pop and hip-hop charts. I've been wanting to build this station for a long time.
